摘　　要：目的:探究白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)在子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EMT)中的表达及临床意义。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年8月期间于新乡医学院第一附属医院确诊EMT并且行腹腔镜手术治疗的60例EMT患者作为观察组。另选取同期于本院进行手术治疗的非EMT患者纳入对照组。EMT患者接受手术治疗并于出院后进行1年随访。统计EMT患者随访1年内复发情况,并根据复发情况将患者分为复发组与未复发组。检测对比两组入院时IL-2、IL-4、L-6、IL-8、IL-10、IL-17、IL-32水平。分析EMT患者的复发情况。分析比较两组术前的IL水平。分析比较复发组与未复发组术前的IL水平。分析IL指标对EMT患者术后复发的预测价值。结果:60例EMT患者中,发生复发的有13例,复发率为21.67%。观察组术前IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、IL-32水平均显著高于对照组,IL-17水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。复发组与未复发组患者术前IL-2、IL-4、IL-17、IL-32水平均无显著差异(P>0.05)。复发组术前IL-6、IL-8、IL-10水平均显著高于未复发组(P<0.05)。绘制受试者工作特征曲线(Receiver Operating Characteristic curve,ROC),EMT患者入院时IL-6、IL-8、IL-10预测术后复发风险曲线下面积(Area Under The Curve,AUC)均>0.75,均有预测价值,且联合预测价值更理想。结论:IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、IL-32指标在EMT患者中呈异常高表达。IL-6、IL-8、IL-10水平可能与患者术后复发有关,可用于预测患者术后复发风险。Objective:To explore the expression and clinical significance of interleukin(IL)in endometriosis(EMT).Methods:60 patients with EMT who were diagnosed and underwent laparoscopic surgery in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the observation group.Non-EMT patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital during the same period were included in the control group.Patients with EMT were treated surgically and followed up for 1 year after discharge.The recurrence of EMT patients within 1 year of follow-up was analyzed,and the patients were divided into recurrence group and non-recurrence group according to the recurrence situation.The levels of IL-2,IL-4,L-6,IL-8,IL-10,IL-17 and IL-32 were detected and compared between the two groups at admission.The recurrence of EMT patients was analyzed.The preoperative IL levels of the two groups were analyzed and compared.The preoperative IL levels were analyzed and compared between the recurrence group and the non-recurrence group.To analyze the value of IL index in predicting postoperative recurrence in EMT patients.Results:Among 60 patients with EMT,13 cases recurred,and the recurrence rate was 21.67%.The levels of IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and IL-32 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group before operation,and the levels of IL-17 were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of IL-2,IL-4,IL-17 and IL-32 between the recurrence group and the non-recurrence group(P>0.05).The levels of IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10 in the relapsed group were significantly higher than those in the non-relapsed group(P<0.05).Receiver Operating Characteristic curve(ROC)was drawn.IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10 predicted postoperative recurrence risk of EMT patients upon admission.Area Under The Curve,AUC>0.75,all have predictive value,and the combined predictive value is more ideal.Conclusion:The indicators of IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-8
