盐酸决奈达隆片辅助射频消融术在阵发性房颤患者治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸决奈达隆片辅助射频消融术治疗阵发性房颤(Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,PAF)患者的效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2024年1月间本院收治的96例患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例。两组均行射频消融术治疗,对照组术后给予常规治疗,观察组辅以盐酸决奈达隆片治疗。比较两组术前、术后3 m时心功能指标、血清炎性因子,治疗期间不良反应发生情况,并于术后3 m时统计两组早期复发情况。结果:术后3 m时,观察组左心房内径、心房舒张末容积、左心房收缩末期容积均显著低于对照组,左心房射血分数高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3m时,观察组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组的早期复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸决奈达隆片辅助射频消融术治疗可促进PAF患者心功能恢复,减轻机体炎性反应,减少PAF早期复发,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of dronedarone hydrochloride tablets assisted radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF).Methods:96 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with radiofrequency ablation,the control group received conventional treatment after surgery,and the observation group was treated with dronedarone hydrochloride tablets.Cardiac function indexes,serum inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after the operation,and the early recurrence of the two groups was counted at 3 months after the operation.Results:At 3 months after surgery,the left atrial diameter,left atrial end diastolic volume,and left atrial end systolic volume in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months postoperatively,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The early recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dronedarone hydrochloride tablets assisted radiofrequency ablation can promote the recovery of cardiac function in patients with PAF,reduce the inflammatory response and reduce the early recurrence of PAF,with high safety.
