银翘散辅助治疗对急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿症状缓解的作用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨银翘散银翘散辅助治疗对急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿症状缓解的作用。方法:本研究中共纳入108例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿,所有患儿均来源于许昌市妇幼保健院,选取时间为2021年10月至2023年10月,按照随机数字表法将所有患儿分为对照组(54例,采用头孢哌酮-舒巴坦钠治疗)和研究组(54例,在对照组治疗的前提下联合银翘散治疗)。两组患儿均进行为期5 d的治疗。结果:治疗后两组患儿扁桃体充血、扁桃体肿大等各项中医证候积分与治疗前比均下降,且研究组患儿上述各项积分均相较于对照组下降(均P<0.05);研究组患儿体温复常、咽喉疼痛消失时间等均相较于对照组缩短(均P<0.05);治疗后两组患儿炎症因子相关指标及白细胞计数(white blood cell,WBC)水平与治疗前比均下降,且研究组患儿上述指标与对照组比均下降(均P<0.05);治疗后两组患儿CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)百分比与治疗前比均上升,且研究组患儿与对照组比均上升,治疗后两组患儿CD8^(+)百分比与治疗前比均下降,且研究组患儿上述指标与对照组比均下降(均P<0.05)。结论:银翘散银翘散辅助治疗可有效缓解急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿扁桃体充血、扁桃体肿大等症状,对机体炎症反应起到抑制作用,并提升机体免疫功能。Objective:To investigate the effect of Yinqiao Powder adjuvant therapy on symptom relief of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children.Methods:A total of 108 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis were included in this study,all of them were from Xuchang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023.According to random number table method,all the children were divided into control group(54 cases,treated with cefoperazone-sulbatan sodium)and study group(54 cases,Under the premise of control group treatment combined with Yinqiao powder treatment).Both groups were treated for 5 days.Results:After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome such as tonsillar congestion and tonsillar enlargement in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were decreased compared with those in the control group(all P<0.05),normal body temperature and disappearance time of sore throat in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05),after treatment,inflammation-related indexes and white blood cell(WBC)levels of children in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the above indexes in the study group were decreased compared with those in the control group(all P<0.05),After treatment,the percentages of CD4^(+)and CD3^(+)in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the percentages of CD8^(+)in the study group and control group were higher than before treatment,and the percentages of CD8^(+)in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the above indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinqiao Powder can effectively relieve the symptoms of tonsil congestion and tonsil enlargement in children with acute suppurative tonsillitis,inhibit the inflammatory response of the body,and enhance the immune function.
