摘 要:目的:探究高迁移率族蛋白B1(HighMobility Group Protein 1,HMGB1)在慢性荨麻疹患者血中的表达及意义。方法:回顾性分析病例资料选自2022年1月至2023年12月于我院住院的57例慢性荨麻疹患者,其中轻度患者34例,重度患者23例,将慢性荨麻疹患者纳入实验组,选取同期体检报告健康者50例纳入对照组,观察两组血清HMGB1水平、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、白细胞计数(White Blood Cell Count,WBC)、白介素(Interleukin,IL)-4、IL-6水平,并采用Pearson相关性分析患者血清HMGB1水平与CRP、WBC、IL-4、IL-6水平间的相关性。结果:实验组相较对照组在HMGB1、WBC、CRP、IL-4、IL-6水平上明显更高(P<0.05);重度患者相较轻度患者治疗前血清HMGB1水平明显更高(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后相较治疗前在HMGB1水平上明显下降(P<0.05);轻重度患者治疗后的血清HMGB1水平无明显差异;经Pearson相关性分析可知患者血清HMGB1水平与WBC、CRP、IL-4、IL-6水平间均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:慢性荨麻疹患者血清HMGB1水平升高,血清HMGB1水平与WBC、CRP、IL-4、IL-6水平呈正相关,HMGB1水平与慢性荨麻疹严重程度有关,其可能是通过调控炎症反应来参与疾病的发生发展,未来有望成为临床监测慢性荨麻疹的新型血清标志物。Objective:To explore the expression and significance of high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1)in the serum of patients with chronic urticaria.Methods:The clinical data of 57 patients with chronic urticaria hospitalized in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed from January 2022 to December 2023,including 34 mild cases and 23 severe cases.The patients with chronic urticaria were included in experimental group,and 50 subjects with healthy medical examination report were selected as control group.The levels of serum HMGB1,C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),interleukin(IL)-4 and IL-6 were observed in the two groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between serum HMGB1 level and CRP,WBC,IL-4 and IL-6 levels.Results:The levels of HMGB1,WBC,CRP,IL-4 and IL-6 in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The level of serum HMGB1 in severe patients before treatment was significantly higher compared with that in mild patients(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of HMGB1 in the two groups was significantly declined than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum HMGB1 level between mild patients and severe patients after treatment.Pearson correlation analysis revealed that serum HMGB1 level was positively correlated with WBC,CRP,IL-4 and IL-6 levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of serum HMGB1 in patients with chronic urticaria is increased.Serum HMGB1 level is positively correlated with the levels of WBC,CRP,IL-4 and IL-6.The level of HMGB1 is related to the severity of chronic urticaria.It may be involved in the occurrence and development of the disease by regulating the inflammatory response.It is expected to become a new serum marker for clinical monitoring of chronic urticaria in the future.
