地屈孕酮辅助宫腔镜电切术治疗对异常子宫出血患者子宫内膜厚度、月经及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究异常子宫出血术后加用地屈孕酮治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年9月至2024年1月期间本院收治的86例异常子宫出血患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例。对照组采用宫腔镜电切术治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用地屈孕酮片治疗。于治疗2 m后分析对比两组临床疗效,并记录患者不良反应,并对比两组治疗前、治疗2 m后子宫内膜情况及月经情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜微血管密度和月经情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:与单用宫腔镜电切术治疗相比,异常子宫出血患者加用地屈孕酮治疗可提高疗效,利于改善患者子宫内膜厚度和微血管密度,缩短月经持续时间和月经周期,临床应用安全性可靠。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of postoperative treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding with drogesterone.Methods:86 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic resection.Observation group was treated with dydrogesterone tablets based on control group.After 2 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed and compared,and the adverse reactions of the patients were recorded,and the endometrial conditions and menstrual conditions of the two groups were compared before and after 2 months of treatment.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness,endometrial microvascular density and menstruation in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the treatment of hysteroscopic electroresection alone,the treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding with drogesterone can improve the efficacy,improve the endometrial thickness and microvascular density,shorten the duration of menstruation and menstrual cycle,and is safe and reliable in clinical application.
