国术点穴联合中药热敷治疗粘连期肩关节周围炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨国术点穴联合中药热敷治疗粘连期肩关节周围炎对患者疼痛和肩关节功能恢复的影响。方法:本研究中共纳入100例粘连期肩关节周围炎患者,所有患者均来源于郑州市中医院,选取时间为2020年5月至2023年5月,进行前瞻性研究。将所有患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(50例,采用常规西药治疗)和研究组(50例,在对照组治疗的前提下采用国术点穴联合中药热敷治疗)。将两组患者治疗前、治疗2 w后肩关节功能评分、疼痛评分、关节活动度改善情况,以及血清学相关指标水平进行对比。结果:治疗2 w后两组患者肩关节功能评分与治疗前比上升,且研究组患者改善程度优于对照组;而两组患者视觉模拟疼痛量表(Visual Analogue Score,VAS)评分与治疗前比降低,且研究组患者降低程度大于对照组(t=5.627、9.587,均P<0.05);治疗2 w后两组患者前屈、后伸、内收等关节活动度均相较于治疗前上升,且研究组患者上述指标均相较于对照组上升(均P<0.05);治疗2 w后两组患者血清白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-12(Interleukin-12,IL-12)指标水平与治疗前比降低,且研究组降低程度相较于对照组增大,而两组患者血清白细胞介素-10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)、转化生长因子-β(Transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)指标水平与治疗前比上升,且研究组患者上升程度相较于对照组增大(t=6.552、16.717、6.131、6.237,均P<0.05)。结论:将国术点穴联合中药热敷应用于粘连期肩关节周围炎患者的治疗中,可有助于肩关节功能的恢复,减轻炎症反应,缓解疼痛程度,疗效确切。Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine hot compress on pain and functional recovery of shoulder joint in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with shoulder periarthritis in the adhesive stage were included in this study,all of whom were from Zhengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the time was selected from May 2020 to May 2023 for prospective study.All the patients were divided into control group(50 cases)and study group(50 cases)according to the random number table method(50 cases),under the premise of the control group treatment with traditional Chinese medicine and hot compress).The improvement of shoulder joint function score,pain score,joint motion and serological related indexes were compared between the two groups before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the shoulder joint function score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the improvement of the study group was better than that of the control group.The Visual Analogue Score(VAS)score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the reduction degree of the study group was greater than that of the control group(t=5.627 and 9.587,both P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the joint motion degree of flexion,extension and adduction in both groups increased compared with before treatment,and the above indexes in the study group increased compared with the control group(all P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the serum levels of Interleukin-6(IL-6)and Interleukin-12(IL-12)in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the reduction degree in the study group was greater than that in the control group.The serum levels of Interleukin-10(IL-10)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)in the two groups were increased compared with those before treatment.The rise of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(t=6.552,16.717,6.131,6.237,all P<0.05).Conclusion:The applicati
