半月节球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经第三支神经痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究和分析半月节球囊压迫术应用在三叉神经第三支神经痛患者的临床治疗中对治疗效果的影响。方法:选取2019年5月至2023年5月在我院接受手术治疗80例三叉神经第三支神经痛患者作为研究对象,根据单双数法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组接受微血管减压术治疗,观察组接受半月节球囊压迫术(Percutaneous balloon compression,PBC)。对两组疼痛程度评分、手术前后的血清炎性因子水平、有效率、并发症发生进行观察和对比。结果:术后,两组疼痛程度评分均明显下降,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组各项血清炎性因子水平均明显上升,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组有效率明显更高(P<0.05),并发症发生率明显更低(P<0.05)。结论:三叉神经第三支神经痛患者实施半月节球囊压迫术治疗效果较好,可以有效降低患者的疼痛感,降低血清炎性因子水平和并发症的出现,提高治疗有效率。Objective:To study and analyze the effect of semi-circular balloon compression surgery on the clinical treatment of patients with trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with neuralgia in the third branch of trigeminal nerve in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects,which were divided into observation group and control group according to single-double number method,with 40 cases each.The control group received microvascular decompression treatment,while the observation group received PBC treatment.Observe and compare the pain level scores,serum inflammatory factor levels before and after surgery,effective rate,and incidence of complications between two groups.Results:After surgery,the pain degree scores decreased significantly in both groups,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum inflammatory factors increased significantly in both groups,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a significantly more effective rate(P<0.05)and a significantly lower complication rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:Half moon balloon compression surgery has a good therapeutic effect on patients with third branch trigeminal neuralgia,which can effectively reduce the patient's pain sensation,lower serum inflammatory factor levels and the occurrence of complications,and improve the treatment efficiency.
