摘 要:目的:分析老年原发性高血压患者血清微量元素水平及其与血压的关系。方法:选取我院2022年1月-2023年12月收治的60例原发性高血压老年患者,按高血压分级分为Ⅰ级组(n=22)、Ⅱ级组(n=21)和Ⅲ级组(n=17);另外纳入同期在本院常规体检的健康老年人30例。检测研究对象血清微量元素水平,分析其与血压的关系。结果:研究组收缩压、舒张压均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组血清锌、铜、铁、镁水平低于对照组(P<0.05),血清锰水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。Ⅲ级高血压患者血清锌、铜、铁、镁水平低于Ⅱ级和Ⅰ级,且Ⅱ级低于Ⅰ级(P<0.05),Ⅲ级高血压患者血清锰水平高于Ⅱ级和Ⅰ级,且Ⅱ级高于Ⅰ级(P<0.05)。血清锌、铜、铁、镁与高血压严重程度均呈负相关(P<0.05),血清锰与高血压严重程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清锌、铜、铁、镁、锰等微量元素水平与老年原发性高血压发病具有相关性,可评估高血压严重程度。Objective:To analyze the serum trace elements in elderly patients with essential hypertension and the relationship with blood pressure.Methods:Sixty elderly patients with essential hypertension in the hospital were selected from January 2022 to December 2023,and were divided into grade I group(n=22),grade II group(n=21)and grade III group(n=17)according to hypertension grading.In addition,thirty healthy elderly people who received routine physical examination in the hospital during the same period were included.The levels of serum trace elements were detected and the relationship with blood pressure was analyzed.Results:The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum zinc,copper,iron and magnesium were lower in study group than those in control group(P<0.05)while the level of serum manganese was higher(P<0.05).Serum zinc,copper,iron and magnesium levels in patients with grade III hypertension were lower than those in patients with grade II and grade I,and were lower in patients with grade II than those in patients with grade I(P<0.05),and serum manganese level was higher in patients with gradeⅢhypertension than that in patients with grade II and grade I,and was higher in patients with grade II than that in patients with grade I(P<0.05).Serum zinc,copper,iron and magnesium were negatively correlated with severity of hypertension(P<0.05),and serum manganese was positively correlated with severity of hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum trace elements such as zinc,copper,iron,magnesium and manganese are correlated with the occurrence of elderly essential hypertension,and can be used to evaluate the severity of hypertension.
