中医药院校医学机能学开放性教学实验设计——以“病理模型中家兔尿生成的影响因素”为例

摘　　要：医学机能学为医学院校实验教学的重要课程,是培养学生理论联系实际,综合应用医学药理等基本知识解决复杂的机能学问题重要途径,也是加强医学生动手能力训练的重要手段。以机能学实验中“病理模型中家兔尿生成的影响因素”实验为例,结合我校中医药文化优势,立足于专业培养目标,将机能学实验设计为“在生理学实验基础上融入不同肾脏疾病病理模型建立,采用多种中西医结合的干预手段,引入现代科学研究的方法分析尿生成的影响因素”中医药特色的开放性教学实验,即夯实了生理、病理等基础医学知识,又锻炼了学生中医临床技能,还加强了对药理的理解,将极大提高实验教学效果,提升了学生的综合素质和实践能力以及中西医结合科学思维。可为我国中医药院校机能学实验教学改革和人才培养提供借鉴引领作用。As an important course of experimental teaching in medical colleges,medical kinesiology is an important way to train students to combine theory with practice and apply basic knowledge of medical pharmacology comprehensively to solve complex kinesiology problems.It is also an important means to strengthen the training of medical vivid hand ability.Taking"Influencing factors of rabbit urine production in pathological model"in the kinesiology experiment as an example,combining with the cultural advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in our school and based on the professional training goal,the design of the kinesiology experiment is including"integrating pathological models of different kidney diseases on the basis of physiological experiments,and adopting a variety of intervention means combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine."The introduction of modern scientific research methods to analyze the influencing factors of urine production"open teaching experiment with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics,which consolidates basic medical knowledge such as physiology and pathology,exercises students'clinical skills of traditional Chinese medicine,and strengthens their understanding of pharmacology,will greatly improve the experimental teaching effect,enhance students'comprehensive quality and practical ability and scientific thinking of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.It can provide reference and guidance for the reform of experimental teaching and personnel training in Chinese traditional medicine colleges.
