摘 要:前交叉韧带(ACL)损伤是运动损伤中较为常见的一种,尤其在涉及变向、旋转、突然减速或跳跃的运动项目中更为普遍。该文旨在探讨神经肌肉训练对ACL损伤康复与预防的作用机制,并分析其影响因素。通过综述相关文献,该文揭示了神经肌肉训练在增强膝关节稳定性、改善下肢生物力学特征以及促进ACL术后康复方面的积极作用。同时,该文指出了性别、年龄、训练内容等是影响神经肌肉训练效果的关键因素。期望该研究成果为ACL损伤的预防与康复提供理论参考和实践指导。Anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injury is a common type of sports injury,especially in sports that require changes of direction,rotation,sudden deceleration,or jumping.The purpose of this paper is to explore the mechanism of action of neuromuscular training in the rehabilitation and prevention of ACL injuries and to analyze its influencing factors.By reviewing relevant literature,this paper reveals the positive effects of neuromuscular training in enhancing knee joint stability,improving lower limb biomechanical characteristics,and promoting postoperative rehabilitation of ACL.Meanwhile,it points out that gender,age,and training content are key factors that affect the effectiveness of neuromuscular training.This research provides theoretical reference and practical guidance for the prevention and rehabilitation of ACL injuries.
