摘 要:CrossFit是一种综合性高强度功能性训练体系,融合了多种训练元素,并遵循个性化定制、循序渐进及安全至上的原则。将其融入体能训练方案中,涵盖了力量、速度、耐力、敏捷性和柔韧性等多方面的训练。该方案还制订了不同阶段的训练计划:在准备期,通过丰富多样的训练内容来夯实体能基础;比赛期则维持体能水平,并进行专项模拟训练;恢复期则侧重于有氧运动和柔韧性训练,以促进体能恢复。这种训练模式能够有效提升大学篮球运动员的体能水平,进而提高其整体竞技表现。CrossFit is a comprehensive high-intensity functional training system that integrates multiple training elements and follows the principles of personalized customization,gradual progressive advancement,and safety first.The article integrates it into the physical training program covering training in various aspects such as strength,speed,endurance,agility,and flexibility.Meanwhile,training plans for different stages are developed.In the preparatory period,a rich and diverse the training content is used to build a solid physical fitness foundation.In the competition period,physical fitness is maintained and special simulation training is carried out.In the recovery period,aerobic exercise and flexibility training are used to promote physical recovery.This training mode helps to effectively improve the physical fitness level of college basketball players and thus enhance the overall competitive performance.
