摘 要:该文聚焦于高校运动生理学教学模式的改革,以学生中心理念为导向进行深入剖析。鉴于传统教学模式存在的弊端,如教师主导、理论与实践脱节、评价方式单一等,结合当代大学生的实际需求、学科发展趋势以及教育技术进步、师生素质提升等可行性因素,该文提出了多维度改革策略。这些策略涵盖以下方面:一是创新教学方法,如采用项目式学习、翻转课堂、小组合作学习等模式,以激发学生的学习动力;二是优化课程内容,依据专业特点筛选整合课程知识,引入前沿理论并强化实践环节,为学生学习注入动力;三是完善科学评价体系,通过多元化评价主体、过程性评价与终结性评价相结合以及多样化评价内容,全方位衡量学生的学习成长轨迹。上述改革策略旨在提升教学质量,培养能够适应社会需求的高素质体育人才。This paper focuses on the reform of sports physiology teaching mode in colleges and universities,and deeply analyzes it with the guidance of student-centered.In view of the disadvantages of traditional teaching mode,such as teacher-led,disjointed theory and practice,single evaluation methods,etc.,combined with the actual needs of contemporary college students,the development trend of disciplines,and feasible factors such as educational technology progress,the improvement of teachers and students'quality and other feasible factors,this paper puts forward multi-dimensional reform strategies.These strategies cover the following aspects:The first is to innovate teaching methods,such as project-based learning,flipping the classroom,and group cooperative learning,etc.,to stimulate learning momentum;The second is to optimize the course content,screen and integrate course knowledge based on professional characteristics,introduce the frontier theories and strengthen practical activities,injecting motivation into students'learning;The third is to construct a closed loop of scientific evaluation,and comprehensively measure students'learning and growth trajectory through diversified evaluation subjects,the combination of process evaluation and summative evaluation and diversified evaluation contents.The above reform strategies aim at improving the teaching quality and cultivating high-quality sports talents who can adapt to social needs.
