高职公共体育课程课内外一体化教学改革研究——以贵州健康职业学院为例

摘　　要：以贵州健康职业学院体育教育教学为例,采用文献资料法、课堂观察法等研究方法,对该校公共体育课程内外一体化教学改革情况进行深入研究。针对当前存在的课程时限较短、师资力量不足、创新性欠缺等问题,提出了完善顶层设计、重构课程体系等具体改革措施,并予以实施。改革成效显著:学生体质健康水平逐步提升,运动参与度有所增加,体育文化氛围日益浓厚,综合素养得到提高。Taking the physical education teaching at Guizhou Health Vocational College as an example,this study employs research methods such as literature review and classroom observation to examine in-depth research on the integration of in-class and extracurricular teaching reforms in public physical education courses.In response to existing issues such as short course durations,insufficient teaching staff,and lack of innovation,specific reform measures are proposed,including improving top-level design and reconstructing the curriculum system,which have been implemented.The reform has yielded significant results,including students'physical health has gradually improved,their participation in sports has increased,the sports culture atmosphere has become increasingly strong,and their comprehensive literacy has been enhanced.
