摘 要:该文以普通高校医学生初学者的蛙泳技术教学课程为研究对象,在普修游泳课程中应用分层教学法和合作学习教学法进行实验研究。研究发现,分层教学法和合作学习教学法在高校医学生蛙泳初学过程中教学效果较好,能够提高学生的蛙泳水平、身体素质,并提升课程教学评价。建议广大高校在游泳课中推广使用分层教学法和合作学习教学法,教师应采用多种混合教学方法,并树立终身学习的理念,以不断提高教学效果。该文旨在为高校医学生游泳课程的教学研究及发展提供可供参考的建议,并为高校游泳教师制订更加科学、合理且具有针对性的教学计划提供理论借鉴。This paper takes the breaststroke technique teaching course for novice medical students in ordinary colleges and universities as the research object,and conducts experimental research on the application of layered teaching method and cooperative learning method in general swimming course.It has found that the layered teaching and cooperative learning teaching methods have a better teaching effect in the initial learning process of the breaststroke for medical students in colleges and universities,which can improve the students'breaststroke skills,physical fitness and enhance the evaluation of the course teaching in the initial learning process of swimming.It is suggested that colleges and universities promote the use of the layered teaching and cooperative learning teaching methods in swimming courses.Teachers should adopt a variety of mixed teaching methods in swimming courses and establish the concept of lifelong learning to continuously improve the teaching effect.It aims to provide reference suggestions for the teaching research and development of swimming courses for medical students in colleges and universities and provide theoretical references for college swimming teachers to formulate more scientific,reasonable and targeted teaching plans.
