摘 要:在“放管服”背景下,高校内部管理体制改革正逐步深化,旨在通过简政放权、优化服务,进一步提升高校的管理效能与办学活力。作为高校教育的重要组成部分,体育教学的质量和效果直接影响到学生的身心健康发展及综合素质的提升。然而,在这一变革过程中,高校内部体育教学督导却面临着信任危机的挑战,这对体育教学的持续改进与健康发展构成了严重阻碍。该文分析了“放管服”政策和教学督导的概念,旨在深入研究高校内部体育教学督导信任危机的成因及修复机理。Under the background of"Release of administrative services",the reform of internal management system of colleges and universities is gradually deepening,aiming to further improve the management efficiency and vitality of colleges and universities through release of administrative services.As an important part of university education,the quality and effect of physical education teaching directly affects the physical and mental health development of students and the improvement of their comprehensive quality.However,in this process of change,the internal physical education teaching supervision in colleges and universities is faced with the challenge of crisis of trust,which is a serious obstacle to the continuous improvement and healthy development of physical education teaching.This paper analyzes the concepts of"release of administrative services"policy and teaching supervision,and aims to deeply study the causes and repair mechanisms of the crisis of trust of physical education teaching supervisors in colleges and universities.
