全民健身视角下汶上县公共体育空间发展分析

摘　　要：公共体育空间作为居民参与体育活动和进行体育锻炼的重要载体,自1995年《全民健身计划纲要》颁布以来,已历经30年。这30年间,全民健身计划取得了显著成效,而该计划得以顺利实施的重要前提是完善的公共体育空间供给。而《全民健身计划纲要》及“十四五”规划又为公共体育空间建设提供了明确的标准和支持。该文主要采用文献资料法和实地调查法,对汶上县公共体育空间的现状进行了分析。存在的主要问题包括:公共体育空间数量不足、内容单一、分布不均衡、服务主体过于局限以及管理缺失。针对上述问题,该文提出的优化路径有:拓宽资金来源,加大公共体育空间建设力度;灵活调整,增加健身设施种类;利用空地资源,优化公共体育空间布局;营造良好的体育氛围,促进多主体参与管理;加强多部门联合,完善公共体育空间管理体系;推动体育与旅游融合发展,打造具有特色的公共体育空间。Public sports space,as an important carrier for residents to participate in physical activities and physical exercise,has gone through 30 years since the promulgation of the OutlineoftheNationalFitnessPlanin 1995.The national fitness program has achieved great success in the past 30 years,and the premise of the smooth implementation of this plan is the comprehensive supply of public sports spaces.The OutlineoftheNationalFitnessPlanand the"14th Five-Year"Plan provide standards and support for the construction of public sports space.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature review and field investigation to analyze the current situation of public sports space in Wenshang County.The main problems include:insufficient public sports space,simple content,uneven distribution,too limited service subjects of public sports space,and lack of management of public sports space.In view of the above problems,the optimization paths proposed in this article are:Expand funding sources and increasing the construction of public sports space;Flexibly adjust and increase the variety of fitness facilities;Utilize vacant land resources to optimize the layout of public sports space;Create a good sports atmosphere and promote multi-subject participation in management;Strengthen multi-departmental cooperation to improve the management system of public sports space;Promote the integrated development of sports and tourism,create a distinctive public sports space.
