摘　　要：该文运用文献资料和逻辑分析等方法,通过引入异化论,对湘桂走廊瑶族传统体育文化的异化表现进行论述,主要包括传统体育文化窄化和同化两个方面。在异化归因的剖析中,深入研究了社会变迁、文化交流和族群认同等多个方面,从多角度理解了异化的深层根源。最后,提出了可持续发展路径,包括:本真发展与时代传承需要的平衡、传统创新与现代融合的平衡,以及社区参与推广与可持续发展的平衡。旨在探讨湘桂走廊瑶族传统体育文化异化现象,并提出创新与融合的平衡策略,以促进瑶族传统体育文化在现代社会中的可持续发展,为保护和传承瑶族传统体育文化提供理论支持。This article uses methods such as literature review and logical analysis to discuss the alienation of traditional sports culture of the Yao ethnic group in the Xiang-Gui Corridor through the introduction of alienation theory,,mainly including two aspects:narrowing and assimilation of traditional sports culture.In the analysis of alienation attribution,multiple aspects such as social change,cultural exchange,and ethnic identity were deeply studied,and the deep roots of alienation were understood from multiple perspectives.Finally,a sustainable development path was proposed,including a balance between authentic development and the need for contemporary inheritance,a balance between traditional innovation and modern integration,and a balance between community participation and sustainable development.The aim is to explore the phenomenon of alienation in the traditional sports culture of the Yao ethnic group in Xiang-Gui Corridor,,and propose a balanced strategy of innovation and integration to promote the sustainable development of Yao traditional sports culture in modern society,providing theoretical support for the protection and inheritance of Yao traditional sports culture.
