健康中国背景下云南高职体育教育与学生健康促进的研究

摘　　要：在健康中国战略实施背景下,云南地区高职院校体育教育在促进学生健康方面的作用愈发显著。该文旨在通过分析云南高职体育教育现状及其对学生健康的促进作用,探讨体育课程体系与学生健康教育的有机结合路径。目前,云南高职院校在推进体育教育与学生健康促进工作中面临若干挑战,具体包括课程设置不够合理、教师专业素养有待提升以及学生参与积极性不高等问题。针对上述问题,该文提出以下建议:完善体育课程体系、创新健康教育内容、强化教师队伍建设以及建立学生健康行为激励机制。构建科学且完善的体育教育与学生健康促进机制,对于提升云南高职学生身心健康水平具有重要价值。Under the background of the implementation of the Healthy China strategy,physical education in Yunnan's higher vocational colleges has played an increasingly prominent role in promoting student health.This article aims to explore the organic integration path of physical education curriculum system and student health education by analyzing the current situation of physical education in Yunnan's vocational colleges and its promoting effect on students'health.Currently,Yunnan's higher vocational colleges are facing several challenges in promoting physical education and student health,including inadequate curriculum design,the need for improvement in teachers'professional competencies,and low student participation enthusiasm.To solve the above problems,this article proposes the following suggestions:improving physical education curriculum system,innovating health education content,strengthening teacher team building,and establishing incentive mechanisms for students'healthy behaviors.Building a scientific and comprehensive physical education and student health promotion mechanism has significant value for improving the physical and mental health of students in Yunnan's higher vocational colleges.
