摘 要:随着在线教育的普及,体育教学视频已成为促进学生身心发展的重要途径。该文聚焦于不同线索提示在体育教学视频中的应用,旨在探讨其对优化教学设计的具体作用及策略。研究表明,视觉线索通过突出关键信息,提升了注意力的分配效率;听觉线索借助节奏与语言指导,强化了记忆与理解;动觉线索则通过动态演示,促进了技能的模仿与实践;多线索的融合则实现了信息的多维传递与高效整合。合理运用这些线索不仅能够有效减轻认知负荷,还能增强记忆迁移与技能掌握程度,为体育教学视频的设计与应用提供了有价值的实践参考。With the popularization of online education,physical education(PE)teaching videos have become an important way to promote students'physical and mental development.This research focuses on the application of different clues in PE teaching videos,aiming to explore their specific roles and strategies for optimizing teaching design.Research has shown that visual clues enhance the efficiency of attention allocation by emphasizing key information;Auditory clues improve memory and understanding through rhythm and verbal guidance;Kinesthetic clues facilitate skill imitation and practice via dynamic demonstrations.Multi-clue integration enables multidimensional transmission and efficient integration of information.Proper utilization of these clues can not only significantly reduce cognitive load,but also enhance memory transfer and skill acquisition,providing practical references for the design and application of PE teaching videos.
