摘　　要：该文以社会生态学模型为理论基础,对女大学生体育参与进行深入综述。通过系统梳理相关文献,从微观、中观、宏观3个层面全面剖析影响女大学生体育参与的各类因素。研究发现:微观系统因素涵盖家庭体育氛围、学校体育教育及宿舍同伴影响;中观系统因素包括家校体育沟通与协同、校园体育组织联动;宏观系统因素则涵盖社会文化对女性体育的认知,以及体育政策法规的导向。该研究旨在为提高女大学生体育锻炼参与度提供新思路,同时为相关研究提供理论依据和实践参考。Based on the social ecological model,this article conducts an in-depth review of female college students'sports participation.By systematically reviewing relevant literature,it comprehensively analyzes various factors influencing female college students'sports participation from three levels:micro,meso,and macro.The research reveals:micro system factors include family sports atmosphere,school physical education,and the influence of dormitory peers.Meso system factors include communication and collaboration on sports between home and school,as well as the linkage of campus sports organizations.Macro system factors include the social and cultural perception of female sports and the orientation of sports policies and regulations.It aims to provide new ideas for improving the means of female college students'physical exercise,and at the same time,offer a theoretical basis and practical reference for related research.
