摘 要:目的:建立一种基于非离子型表面活性剂Genapol X-080结合超声辅助从喜树种子中提取和富集金丝桃苷的绿色提取工艺。方法:以金丝桃苷的提取率为衡量指标,对提取过程中Genapol X-080的浓度、料液比、超声功率、超声时间等因素进行单因素优化实验,同时对金丝桃苷富集过程中NaCl浓度进行了条件优化。结果:采用10%的Genapol X-080水溶液结合超声提取金丝桃苷,最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶60、超声功率480W、超声时间40min,在此条件下的金丝桃苷的提取率为1002.12μg/g;金丝桃苷的富集的最佳条件为8%的NaCl,此时金丝桃苷的富集率为82.09%。结论:使用Genapol X-080水溶液,成功实现了喜树种子中金丝桃苷的提取和富集,金丝桃苷提取率和富集率分别为1002.12μg/g和82.09%。Objective:Develop a green extraction process for extracting and enriching hyperoside from Camptotheca acuminata seeds through the utilization of the non-ionic surfactant Genapol X-080 in combination with ultrasonic assistance.Methods:With the extraction rate of hyperoside as the evaluation index,single-factor optimization experiments were carried out on factors such as the concentration of Genapol X-080,the solid-to-liquid ratio,the ultrasonic power,and the ultrasonic time during the extraction process.At the same time,the condition optimization of the NaCl concentration during the hyperoside enrichment process was also conducted.Results:The hyperoside was extracted using a 10%aqueous solution of Genapol X-080 combined with ultrasound,and the optimal process conditions were a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶60,an ultrasonic power of 480 W,and an ultrasonic time of 40min.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of hyperoside was 1002.12μg/g.The optimal condition for hyperoside enrichment was 8%NaCl,and at this time,the enrichment rate of hyperoside was 82.09%.Conclusion:Hyperoside was effectively extracted and concentrated from the seeds of Camptotheca acuminata with the application of Genapol X-080 aqueous solution.The achieved extraction rate and enrichment rate of hyperoside were precisely 1002.12μg/g and 82.09%,respectively.
