基于加味参附汤对血清炎症因子影响探讨其治疗慢性心力衰竭机制的研究

摘　　要：目的:分析加味参附汤治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的效果。方法:120例CHF患者均于2023年1月—2024年12月被万年县中医院收治,按随机数表法分为两组,均60例。对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组加以加味参附汤治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗前,两组各中医证候评分、各炎症因子水平、各心功能指标对比无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各中医证候评分、各炎症因子水平及左房内径、N末端脑利钠肽前体低于对照组,左室射血分数高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组不良反应对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论:加味参附汤能提高CHF患者心功能,控制炎症,安全可行。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Modified Shenfu Decoction in treating patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:120 CHF patients admitted to Wannian County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group was treated with modified Shenfu Decoction.Compare the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,levels of various inflammatory factors,and various cardiac function indicators between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,levels of inflammatory factors,left atrial diameter,N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Shenfu Decoction can improve heart function,control inflammation,and is safe and feasible for CHF patients.
