催乳汤联合穴位按摩+艾叶熏蒸促进初产妇产后泌乳的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探究催乳汤联合穴位按摩+艾叶熏蒸促进初产妇产后泌乳的应用效果。方法:选择2023年7月—2024年12月赣州市南康区中医院收治的82例初产妇,按随机数字表法分2组,各41例。对照组产后接受常规干预,观察组产后接受催乳汤联合穴位按摩+艾叶熏蒸,均持续干预5天。对比两组乳房胀痛情况、泌乳始动时间、泌乳量、纯母乳喂养率、产妇满意度。结果:对比两组干预前乳房胀痛程度、泌乳量,无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组干预后乳房胀痛程度轻于对照组,泌乳始动时间较对照组更短,泌乳量较对照组更多,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组纯母乳喂养率、产妇满意度均较对照组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:催乳汤联合穴位按摩+艾叶熏蒸可减轻初产妇产后乳房胀痛,缩短泌乳始动时间,促使泌乳量增加,提高纯母乳率及产妇满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of Lactation-Promoting Decoction combined with acupoint massage and mugwort fumigation in promoting postpartum lactation in primiparas.Methods:82 cases of primipara admitted to Ganzhou Nankang District traditional Chinese medicine hospital from July 2023 to December 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention after delivery,and the observation group received Lactation-Promoting Decoction combined with acupoint massage+moxa leaf fumigation after delivery,both of which lasted for 5 days.The breast distension and pain,the starting time of lactation,the amount of lactation,the rate of exclusive breastfeeding,and maternal satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the degree of breast pain and lactation before intervention(P>0.05);After the intervention,the degree of breast pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,the onset time of lactation was shorter and the amount of lactation was more than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);The pure breastfeeding rate and maternal satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lactation-Promoting Decoction combined with acupoint massage and moxa leaf fumigation can reduce the postpartum breast pain of primiparas,shorten the starting time of lactation,promote the increase of lactation,improve the pure breast milk rate and maternal satisfaction.
