茂名地区异常发育儿童骨龄与生活年龄差异性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨茂名地区异常发育儿童骨龄与生活年龄差异性。方法:回顾性分析2020年3月—2022年3月因异常发育到茂名市人民医院就诊的长期居住于茂名地区的1795例儿童资料,包括性别、发育情况、生活年龄、骨龄等。比较入组儿童骨龄与生活年龄的差异性。结果:入组儿童中桡尺骨(RUS)骨龄正常率为52.70%,腕骨骨龄正常率为49.69%,腕骨骨龄正常率低于RUS,落后率高于RUS(P<0.05)。不同性别、年龄组的RUS、腕骨骨龄差存在统计学差异(P<0.05);1~4岁组RUS、腕骨骨龄差<5~7岁组<8~10岁组<11~14岁组(P>0.05)。多因素Logistics线性回归分析显示,年龄对异常发育儿童骨龄存在影响(P<0.05)。结论:茂名地区1~14岁异常发育儿童多伴有骨龄落后或提前,腕骨骨龄落后比RUS骨龄落后更突出,不同性别、年龄儿童的RUS、腕骨骨龄差存在差异,异常发育儿童的生活年龄会对其骨龄存在影响,临床要加强儿童骨龄检测,以便及早发现异常及时进行干预。Objective:To investigate the difference between bone age and life age of children with abnormal development in Maoming area.Methods:The data of 1795 children living in Maoming for a long time who came to Maoming People’s Hospital for abnormal development from March 2020 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,including gender,development,life age,bone age and so on.The difference between bone age and life age was compared.Results:The normal rate of RUS bone age was 52.70%,and the normal rate of carpal bone age was 49.69%.The normal rate of carpal bone age was lower than that of RUS,and the backward rate was higher than that of RUS(P<0.05).There were statistical differences in RUS and carpal bone age among different sex and age groups(P<0.05).The difference of bone age of RUS and carpal bone in 1 to 4 years old group was lower than that in 5 to 7 years old group<8 to 10 years old group<11 to 14 years old group(P>0.05).Multi-factor Logistics linear regression analysis showed that age had an effect on bone age of children with abnormal development(P<0.05).Conclusion:Most children with abnormal development aged from 1 to 14 years old in Maoming area are associated with bone age lag or advance,and bone age lag of carpal bone is more prominent than bone age lag of RUS.There are differences in the bone age difference of RUS and carpal bone in children of different genders and ages,and the life age of children with abnormal development will affect their bone age.Clinical bone age detection of children should be strengthened in order to detect abnormalities early and intervene in time.
