摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫输卵管造影与子宫输卵管超声造影对不孕症患者输卵管通畅性及妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年12月英德市人民医院收治的94例不孕症患者按照入组顺序,采用摸球法随机分为实验组和对照组各47例,对照组给予子宫输卵管造影(HSG),实验组给予子宫输卵管超声造影(HyCoSy),比较两组患者输卵管通畅性、术后1年内妊娠率、术后即刻及24h后疼痛评分、术后并发症发生情况。结果:两组患者术后输卵管通畅性无显著性差异(P>0.05),实验组、对照组患者术后1年内妊娠率分别为40.43%、31.91%,无显著性差异(P>0.05),实验组患者术后即刻及24h NRS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组、对照组患者术后并发症发生率分别为6.38%、12.77%,无显著性差异(P>0.05);结论:HSG、HyCoSy均能提高输卵管不孕患者的输卵管通畅性,两种方法妊娠率相当,均具有一定的助孕效果,且术后安全性相当,HyCoSy治疗不孕症患者可减少疼痛,提高患者耐受性,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effects of hysterosalpingography and hysterosalpingography on tubal patency and pregnancy outcome in infertility patients.Methods:A total of 94 infertility patients admitted to Yingde People’s Hospital from May 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 47 cases in each group by ball-feeling method according to the order of admission.The control group was given HSG and the experimental group was given HyCoSy.The patency of fallopian tube,pregnancy rate within 1 year after surgery,pain score immediately after surgery and 24h after surgery,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in fallopian tube patency between the two groups(P>0.05).The pregnancy rate in the experimental group and the control group within 1 year after surgery was 40.43%and 31.91%,respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Immediate postoperative and 24h NRS scores in the experimental group significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group and control group were 6.38%and 12.77%,respectively.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both HSG and HyCoSy can improve the patency of fallopian tube in patients with tubal infertility.The pregnancy rate of the two methods is similar,both have certain effect of assisting pregnancy,and the postoperative safety is similar.HyCoSy can reduce pain and improve patient tolerance in the treatment of infertility patients,and it is worth promoting.
