摘 要:目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者短期胰岛素强化治疗期间葡萄糖目标范围内时间(TIR)与体脂率的相关性。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月于景德镇市第三人民医院就诊的T2DM患者94例作为研究对象,入组后统计所有受检者一般资料、检测体脂率及TIR,以体脂率检查结果分组,分为体脂率正常组(男性体脂率10%~20%,女性体脂率20%~30%)、体脂率过高组(男性体脂率>20%,女性体脂率>30%),并给予所有患者短期胰岛素强化治疗。统计两组患者一般资料、TIR,并分析T2DM患者TIR与体脂率相关性。结果:两组患者性别、年龄、糖尿病病程、DBP、SBP、LDL-C、HDL-C、TG、TC、HbA1c、尿酸、FPG间无显著差异(P>0.05);两组体重、身高、BMI、臀围、腰围、腰臀比、体脂率间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。体脂率正常组患者TIR高于体脂率过高组(P<0.05)。Spearman检验证实,T2DM患者TIR与体脂率存在显著负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:T2DM患者短期胰岛素强化治疗期间TIR的变化情况与其体脂率具有明显负相关关系,故临床可在T2DM治疗期间同时给予体脂率管理指导,以此保证TIR及疾病预后转归。Objective:To investigate the correlation between time within target glucose range(TIR)and body fat rate in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)during short-term intensive insulin therapy.Methods:Ninety four T2DM patients who received treatment at the Third People’s Hospital of Jingdezhen City from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.After enrollment,general information,body fat percentage,and TIR were collected and grouped based on the body fat percentage test results to form a normal body fat percentage group(male body fat percentage 10%~20%,female body fat percentage 20%~30%)and a high body fat percentage group(male body fat percentage>20%,female body fat percentage>30%).All patients were given short-term insulin intensive treatment.Collect general information of two groups of patients TIR,And analyze the correlation between TIR and body fat percentage in T2DM patients.Results:Gender,age,course of diabetes DBP、SBP、LDL-C、HDL-C、TG、TC、HbA1c、There was no significant difference between uric acid and FPG(P>0.05);Two groups of weight,height BMI、There were significant differences(P<0.05)in hip circumference,waist circumference,waist to hip ratio,and body fat percentage.The TIR of patients with normal body fat percentage was higher than that of patients with high body fat percentage(P<0.05).Spearman test confirmed that there is a significant negative correlation between TIR and body fat percentage in T2DM patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The changes in TIR during short-term intensive insulin therapy in T2DM patients are significantly negatively correlated with their body fat percentage.Therefore,clinical guidance on body fat percentage management can be provided during T2DM treatment to ensure TIR and disease prognosis.
