焦点式心理疏导结合关爱护理对人工流产术后患者避孕行为及情绪状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨焦点式心理疏导配合关爱护理在人工流产术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2022年1月至2024年7月三明市妇幼保健院收治的人工流产术后患者150例,依据随机数字分配原则,分为两组,各75例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用焦点式心理疏导结合关爱护理。对比两组避孕行为、情绪状态、疾病认知度。结果:观察组避孕行为执行率比对照组高,有统计学差异(P<0.05);护理后,观察组状态焦虑量表(S-AI)与特质焦虑量表(T-AI)评分较对照组低,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组避孕知识、自我护理、生殖健康知识评分均显著高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:焦点式心理疏导结合关爱护理能够提高人工流产术后患者避孕行为执行率,改善患者情绪状态,提高患者对疾病的认知度。Objective:To explore the application effect of focused psychological counseling combined with caring nursing in post-abortion patients.Methods:A total of 150 post-abortion patients admitted to Sanming Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to July 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups(n=75 each)using a random number allocation method.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received focused psychological counseling combined with caring nursing in addition to the routine care.The contraceptive behavior,emotional state,and disease awareness were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group showed a significantly higher compliance rate in contraceptive behavior than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the observation group had significantly lower scores on both the State Anxiety Inventory(S-AI)and Trait Anxiety Inventory(T-AI)compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the observation group scored significantly higher in contraceptive knowledge,self-care,and reproductive health knowledge than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Focused psychological counseling combined with caring nursing can improve the compliance rate of contraceptive behavior,alleviate emotional distress,and enhance disease awareness in post-abortion patients.
