摘  要:利用高温氧化法回收镍渣中铁资源时,回收产物中存在富集Fe、Ni、Co、Cu等元素的磁性晶体。首先,采用高温固相法制备了磁性晶体(Fe,Ni,Co,Cu)Fe_(2)O_(4);其次,利用X射线衍射仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜和振动样品磁强计分析了冷却方式对样品晶体结构和微观形貌的影响规律;最后,讨论了Co物质的量对磁性晶体结构和磁性能参数的影响机理。研究结果表明:与空冷和水冷制备的样品相比,缓冷制备的样品晶体化程度高,多面体结构特征明显;Co物质的量对磁性晶体的结构形貌影响并不大,但随着Co物质的量增加,磁性晶体的晶粒粒径呈逐渐减小的趋势,饱和磁化强度和剩磁则逐渐增大,而其矫顽力呈现出先增大随后减小最后增大的波动变化规律。通过元素掺杂得到的磁铁矿相晶体具有软磁铁氧体特性,拥有独特的结构和磁性能,这表明通过合理控制镍渣回收产物中元素掺杂,可以实现其高值化利用。When using high-temperature oxidation method to recover iron resources in nickel slag,there are magnetic crystals enriched with Fe,Ni,Co,Cu and other elements in the recovered products.Firstly,magnetic crystals(Fe,Ni,Co,Cu)Fe_(2)O_(4)were prepared by the high-temperature solid-phase method.Secondly,the effects of cooling methods on the crystal structure and microscopic morphology of the samples were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer,field-emission scanning electron microscope,and vibrating sample magnetometer.Finally,the effects of the content of Co on the structure of the magnetic crystals and the parameters of magnetic properties were discussed.The results show that the samples prepared by slow cooling are highly crystallized and have the best crystal structure compared with those prepared by air cooling and water cooling.Co content has little effect on the structure and morphology of magnetic crystals,but with the increase of Co content,the grain diameter of magnetic crystals decreases gradually,the saturation magnetization and remanence increase gradually,and the coercivity increases first and then decreases and increases finally.The magnetite phase crystals obtained by elemental doping have soft magnetic ferrite characteristics and unique structure and magnetic properties,which indicates that reasonable control of elemental doping in the nickel slag recycling product can realize its high value utilization.
