摘  要:本文提出了一种矿石智能分选机给料系统仿真与多目标参数优化方法。首先,采用离散元软件EDEM建立给料系统仿真模型,并通过高速摄像实验验证了模型的准确性;其次,通过仿真分析了检测皮带速度、胶皮离底高度、矿石处理量、溜板高度、溜板角度这5个参数对重叠率和速度均方差的影响;最后,以重叠率和速度均方差最小为优化目标,利用NSGA2算法对给料系统参数进行了多目标优化。研究结果表明:影响重叠率的主要因素为检测皮带速度和矿石处理量,次要因素为胶皮离底高度,重叠率随检测皮带速度增大或矿石处理量减小而减小,随胶皮离底高度增大而先增大后减小;影响速度均方差的主要因素为检测皮带速度,次要因素为矿石处理量、溜板高度和溜板角度,速度均方差随检测皮带速度或溜板高度增大而增大,随矿石处理量或溜板角度增大而减小;当检测皮带速度为3.6~4.0m/s、胶皮离底高度为45.0~51.1mm、矿石处理量为80t/h、溜板高度为565.0mm、溜板角度为75.0°时,优化结果最佳,与原始样机相比,其重叠率和速度均方差均降低15%以上。A simulation and multi-objective parameter optimization method for feeding system of ore intelligent separator was proposed.Firstly,the simulation model of feeding system was established by using discrete element software EDEM,and the accuracy of the model was verified by high-speed camera experiment.Secondly,the influence of five parameters,such as the speed of detection belt,the off-bottom height of the rubber,the processing capacity,the angle of chute and the height of chute,on overlap rate and mean square deviation of velocity was analyzed by simulation.Finally,the NSGA2 algorithm was used to optimize the parameters of the feeding system with the minimum overlap rate and mean square deviation of velocity as the optimization objectives.The results show that the main factors affecting the overlap rate are the speed of detection belt and the processing capacity,and the secondary factor is the off-bottom height of rubber.The overlap rate decreases with the increase of the speed of detection belt or the decrease of the processing capacity,and increases first and then decreases with the increase of the off-bottom height of rubber.The main factor affecting the mean square deviation of velocity is the speed of detection belt,and the secondary factors are the processing capacity,the height of chute and the angle of chute.The mean square deviation of velocity increases with the increase of the speed of detection belt or the height of chute,and decreases with the increase of the processing capacity or the angle of chute.When the speed of detection belt is 3.6-4.0 m/s,the off-bottom height of rubber is 45.0-51.1 mm,the processing capacity is 80 t/h,the height of chute is 565.0 mm,and the angle of chute is 75.0°,and the optimization result is the best.Compared with the original prototype,the overlap rate and the mean square deviation of velocity decrease by more than 15%.
