摘 要:以深部硬岩矿体为研究对象,针对矿岩特性智能感知与精准表征困难、深部硬岩矿体原位诱变改性机理不清、深部硬岩矿体机械化采掘理论与技术欠缺等三大关键技术难题,开展深部硬岩诱变改性降危增割非爆机械化采掘理论与技术研究,研究深部矿岩力学特性原位智能感知、结构面智能识别与分级方法,揭示深部硬岩矿体原位诱变改性机理,建立深部硬岩矿体机械化破碎与智能调控技术体系,实现深部硬岩矿体力学与结构特性的智能感知、硬岩可切割性的原位诱变改性、硬岩矿体的机械化智能破碎,从而为深部硬岩矿体安全高效采掘提供理论基础和技术保障。此外,梳理了深部硬岩矿体非爆机械化采掘理论、技术及装备的发展方向,以便为深部硬岩采掘技术变革提供参考。For the deep hard ore-rock,the theory and technology of mechanized mining in deep hard rock based on rockburst-risk reduction and cuttability improvement using induced-mutation modification were investigated by considering the following key technical problems,i.e.,the intelligent perception and accurate characterization of orerock characteristics were difficult,the mechanism of in-situ mutagenesis modification of deep hard ore-rock was unclear,and the mechanized mining theory and technology of deep hard ore-rock were lacked.In the study,the methods for in-situ intelligent perception of mechanical characteristics and intelligent identification and classification for structural plane of deep ore-rock were investigated,the mechanism of in-situ mutagenesis modification of deep hard ore-rock was revealed,and the technical system of mechanized mining and the associated intelligent regulation in deep hard ore-rock was established.The intelligent perception of mechanical and structural characteristics,in-situ mutagenesis modification,and mechanized intelligent breakage of deep hard ore-rock were achieved to provide key theoretical and technical support for the safe,efficient mining of deep hard ore-rock.In addition,the development directions of theory,technology and equipment for non-blasting mechanized mining in deep hard rock were discussed for providing valuable information to transform the mining method in deep hard rock.
