摘  要:沥青混合料回收料(reclaimed asphalt pavement,RAP)中颗粒团聚现象严重,导致再生过程中级配变异性大、老化沥青性能难以有效恢复,严重制约了RAP的高掺量、高值化利用。为了解决这些问题,首先,研发RAP精细化处置装备,实现了沥青铣刨料的“油石分离”;其次,针对富油细集料进行精细化深度再生,通过计算机断层扫描(CT)分析了再生沥青砂浆新-旧沥青的界面混溶规律;最后,采用车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验、动态模量试验与两点弯曲疲劳试验研究了高RAP掺量再生沥青混合料的强度形成规律,验证了精细化处置工艺对再生沥青混合料综合性能的提升效果。研究结果表明:RAP精细化处置装备实现了沥青油膜精细化剥离,有效解决了老化沥青胶结料团聚问题,贫油粗集料沥青含量降至1.48%,可直接替代新集料,富油细集料沥青含量超过10%;采用未处置RAP制备高RAP掺量再生沥青混合料可提高其高温稳定性与动态模量,但低温抗裂性、水稳性能和疲劳性能显著降低;精细化处置后的RAP改善了老化胶结料团聚现象,促进再生过程中新-旧沥青混溶,明显提高了高RAP掺量再生沥青混合料的低温抗开裂与抗水损害能力,恢复了其动态响应及疲劳寿命。RAP精细化处置与差异化再生方法可提高RAP掺量,同时保证再生沥青混合料的综合性能,实现RAP的高附加值再生利用。Particle agglomeration in reclaimed asphalt pavements(RAP)leads to significant gradation variability during the regeneration process,and the aged asphalt binder performance cannot be effectively recovered,which severely restricts the utilization of RAP for high-content and high-value purposes.In order to solve these problems,firstly,the self-developed RAP refined disposal equipment was used to achieve the"separation of oil and stone"by removing the aged asphalt binder from the coarse RAP aggregates.Secondly,the fine RAP with high binder content was treated to recover the aged binder sufficiently.The computed tomography(CT)was employed to analyse the interfacial miscibility patterns of new-old binder in recycled asphalt mortar.Finally,to explore the strength formation characteristics of recycled asphalt mixtures with high RAP content,tests were conducted,such as rutting test,low-temperature bending test,immersion Marshall test,dynamic modulus test and two-point bending fatigue test.The results show that refined disposal process can enhance the comprehensive performance of recycled asphalt mixtures.By using refined disposal equipment,the asphalt film on the RAP can be precisely removed,addressing the agglomeration issue of aged binder.In coarse RAP with low binder content,the binder content decreases to 1.48%,allowing direct replacement with new aggregate,while in the fine RAP with high binder content,the binder content exceeds 10%.The direct incorporation of unrefined RAP enhances the hightemperature stability and dynamic modulus of mixture.However,the low-temperature crack resistance,the water stability,and the fatigue resistance of the mixture significantly decrease.The RAP materials after refined disposal can improve the agglomeration phenomenon of aged asphalt binder,promote the miscibility of new-old binder in the regeneration process,significantly improve the low temperature cracking resistance and water damage resistance of the recycled asphalt mixture with high RAP dosage,as well as restore its dynamic res
