摘 要:矿山智能化建设作为践行国家能源战略发展规划的重大科技项目,聚焦于矿井安全与信息化的深度融合,旨在促进地下资源的绿色、高效及清洁利用。针对煤矿行业的安全智能化建设需求与生产背景,重点围绕灾害预警与智能通风两大核心领域,设计了一套三级递进式的建设路径。依托透明地质技术,综合考量水害、火灾、矿压等多种灾害因素,构建了灾害信息的精准感知、预测预警及灾害控制的智能化防控体系。该体系有效解决了数据融合集成、综合分析及融合分级预警等复杂问题,实现了对多灾种因素的全面监控与精准预警。在矿井通风系统的智能化改造方面,从参数感知、技术决策、设施设备控制及通风感知系统4个维度,详细阐述了矿井通风管理与安全监测的核心建设内容。并在此基础上,以信息化基础设施的升级为支撑,构建了一个集智能通风与灾害预警精准防控于一体的综合信息平台,实现了煤矿智能化体系的统一管理与融合联动,为煤矿行业的安全生产与可持续发展奠定了坚实基础。As a major science and technology project to implement the national energy strategic development plan,mine intelligent construction focuses on the deep integration of mine safety and informatization,aiming to promote the green,efficient and clean utilization of underground resources.According to the safety and intelligent construction needs and production background of coal mine industry,focusing on the two core areas of"disaster early warning"and"intelligent ventilation",a three-level progressive construction path was designed.Relying on transparent geological technology and comprehensively considering various disaster factors such as water damage,fire and mine pressure,an intelligent prevention and control system for accurate perception,prediction,warning,and disaster control of disaster information was constructed.The system effectively solves complex problems such as data fusion integration,comprehensive analysis and fusion classification early warning,and realizes comprehensive monitoring and accurate early warning of multi-disaster factors.In the aspect of intelligent transformation of mine ventilation system,the core construction content of mine ventilation management and safety monitoring was elaborated from four dimensions of parameter perception,technical decision,facility control and ventilation perception system.On this basis,supported by the upgrading of information infrastructure,a comprehensive information platform integrating intelligent ventilation and precise prevention and control of disaster early warning was built to realize the unified management and integration of the intelligent system of coal mine,laying a solid foundation for the safe production and sustainable development of the coal mine industry.
