摘  要:随着贵州省煤矿开采深度的进一步延伸,瓦斯灾害日益严重,急需准确、高效、快捷地测定煤层瓦斯压力。针对上述问题,建立考虑有效应力、煤基质变形的流固耦合模型,对比分析了5、15、30 d的瓦斯压降漏斗,结果表明,瓦斯运移至钻孔需克服启动压力。通过设置监测点1、监测点2,揭示钻孔远端煤体的孔隙率和渗透率受煤基质的变形控制,近端则受有效应力控制,形成瓦斯“密封圈”。为了克服钻孔近端的瓦斯“密封圈”,采用定向长钻孔技术施工“煤—岩—煤”瓦斯压力测定钻孔,对比分析补偿18 m^(3)气体和未补充气体对瓦斯压力测定影响结果表明,补偿气体可以弱化钻孔近端的瓦斯“密封圈”,同时,补偿气体使瓦斯压力稳定时间延长125%。通过优化的W-P模型验算,1号钻孔误差率为10%,2号钻孔误差率为30%,瓦斯压力测定结果可靠。研究为煤矿测定煤层瓦斯压力提供了新思路。With the further extension of coal mining depth in Guizhou Province,gas disasters are becoming more and more serious,and there is an urgent need for accurate,efficient,and fast measurement of coal seam gas pressure.In view of the above problems,the fluid-solid coupling model considering effective stress and coal matrix deformation was established,and the gas pressure drop funnel of 5,15 and 30 d was compared and analyzed.The results show that the starting pressure should be overcome from the gas transport to the drilling.By setting up monitoring points 1 and 2,it is revealed that the porosity and permeability of the distal coal body of the drill hole are controlled by the deformation of the coal matrix,while the proximal end is controlled by effective stress,forming a gas"sealing ring".In order to overcome the gas"sealing ring"near the drilling,the directional long drilling technology construction"coal-rock-coal"gas pressure measurement drilling,through comparative analysis compensation 18 m^(3) gas and unfilled gas on the effect of the gas pressure measurement,at the same time,the compensation gas makes the gas pressure stability time increased by 125%.Through the optimized W-P model,the error rate of No.1 drilling is 10%,that of No.2 drilling is 30%,and the gas pressure measurement results are reliable.It provides new ideas for the measurement of coal seam gas pressure in coal mine.
