摘 要:针对某矿N1632小断面突出综掘工作面粉尘治理难的问题,在分析其产尘特点的基础上,设计了一套泡沫除尘系统,并对发泡剂浓度、气水比、发泡器发泡网格和发泡器发泡网层数等参数进行了优化研究。现场应用结果表明,使用泡沫后,司机位置处的总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率分别为89.30%和86.43%,掘进机后4~5 m位置处总粉尘和呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率分别为88.20%和87.50%。In view of the problem of difficulty in dust governance of the N1632 small section outburst fully-mechanized driving face in a mine,based on the analysis of its dust production characteristics,a set of foam dust removal system was designed,and the parameters such as the concentration of foaming agent,the gas water ratio,the foaming grid of the foaming device and the number of layers of the foaming network of the foaming device were optimized.The field application results showed that after the use of foam,the dust reduction efficiency of total dust and respirable dust at the driver’s position was 89.30%and 86.43%respectively,and the dust reduction efficiency of total dust and respirable dust at 4-5 m behind the roadheader was 88.20%and 87.50%respectively.
