摘 要:针对云盖山矿区底抽巷掘进层位的岩石坚固性系数高导致掘进进度慢,以及煤层透气性系数低导致抽采浓度低、流量衰减快的问题,矿井底抽巷的掘进工艺由综掘机掘进改为松动爆破配合综掘机掘进,平均月工效提高了50%,同时考察了单翼开采区域底抽巷松动爆破后应力波对上部底抽巷穿层钻孔的影响范围。分析表明,在距离爆破点纵向256 m、横向189 m的范围内,能加快穿层钻孔水力冲孔孔洞的蠕变,对穿层钻孔抽放效果有辅助增透作用。根据考察的影响范围,矿井上调了接替采面底抽巷的位置,减少了回采区域穿层钻孔的长度,在抽钻孔的抽采率较松动爆破之前最大提高了14.5%,实现了岩巷掘进和瓦斯治理双提升。In response to the problems of slow driving progress caused by high rock hardness coefficient and low coal seam permeability coefficient leading to low extraction concentration and rapid flow attenuation in the bottom extraction roadway driving layer of Yungaishan mining area,the excavation process of the mine’s bottom extraction roadway was changed from roadheader driving to loosening blasting combined with roadheader driving.The average monthly efficiency was improved by 50%.At the same time,the influence range of stress waves on the upper bottom extraction roadway of through-layer drilling after the loosening blasting of the bottom extraction roadway in the single wing mining area was investigated.After analysis,within a distance range of 256 m longitudinally and 189 m transversely from the blasting point,it can accelerate the creep of hydraulic punching holes of through-layer drilling,and have an auxiliary anti transparency effect on the drainage effect of through-layer drilling.The mine adjusted the position of the next replacement mining face bottom extraction roadway based on the influence scope of the investigation,reduced the length of the through layer drilling in the mining area,and increased the extraction rate of the extraction drilling by a maximum of 14.5%compared to before the loosening blasting,achieving dual improvement in rock roadway excavation and gas control.
