摘 要:为了探究离子液体对煤自燃动力学特性的影响,选用[EMIM][BF_(4)]、[BMIM][BF_(4)]和[BMIM][NO_(3)]3种离子液体对贫瘦煤开展热分析实验。通过微分Achar法和积分Coast-Redfern法相结合的方法对热分析实验数据进行了分析,并计算得出了原煤和处理煤氧化反应的表观活化能(E_(a))、指前因子(A)及反应机理函数。结果表明,离子液体处理煤的干裂温度T_(1)(122.34、116.50、116.66℃)和着火温度T_(2)(292.45、287.18、290.31℃)高于原煤(T_(1)为114.23℃,T_(2)为278.81℃);另外,离子液体改变了贫瘦煤氧化反应的动力学特性。处理煤氧化反应的增重和失重阶段的E_(a)基本都大于原煤,A都小于原煤,自燃反应机理函数也与原煤不同,且处理煤失重阶段E_(a)随温度变化较原煤更为平缓。表明离子液体对贫瘦煤自燃动力学特性产生了极大影响,对其氧化反应产生了抑制作用。从T_(1)和T_(2)表现出的滞后程度上(分别滞后8.11、13.64℃)以及E_(a)增大程度(增重和失重阶段分别增大54.03、47.53 J/mol)得出,[EMIM][BF_(4)]对贫瘦煤自燃的抑制效果最好。To investigate the influence of ionic liquids on the kinetic characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion,three ionic liquids,[EMIM][BF_(4)],[BMIM][BF_(4)],and[BMIM][NO_(3)],were selected to conduct thermal analysis experiments on meager lean coal.The thermal analysis experimental data were analyzed using a combination of differential Achar method and integral Coast-Redfern method,and the apparent activation energy(E_(a)),pre exponential factor(A),and reaction mechanism function of the oxidation reaction of raw coal and treated coal were calculated.The results showed that the dry cracking temperature T_(1)(122.34,116.50,116.66℃)and ignition temperature T_(2)(292.45,287.18,290.31℃)of the treated coal were higher than those of the raw coal(T_(1)is_(1)14.23℃and T_(2)is_(2)78.81℃).In addition,ionic liquids changed the kinetic characteristics of the oxidation reaction of meager lean coal.The E_(a)of the weight gain and weight loss stages of the oxidation reaction of the treated coal were basically greater than those of the raw coal,and A was smaller than that of the raw coal.The spontaneous combustion reaction mechanism function of the treated coal was also different from that of the raw coal,and the E_(a)of the weight loss stage of the treated coal changed more slowly with temperature than that of the raw coal.These results indicate that ionic liquids have a great influence on the kinetic characteristics of meager lean coal spontaneous combustion and exert an inhibitory effect on the oxidation reaction.The degree of delay in T_(1)and T_(2)(delayed by 8.11℃and_(1)3.64℃,respectively)and the increase in E_(a)(increased by 54.03 J/mol and_(4)7.53 J/mol in the weight gain and weight loss stages,respectively)indicate that[EMIM][BF_(4)]has the best inhibitory effect on the spontaneous combustion of meager lean coal.
