摘 要:近年来,计算机、数字通信控制及无线传输技术日趋发展及完善,为了提升煤矿企业在瓦斯抽采智能化管理水平及降低人工劳动强度,针对保德煤矿现有瓦斯抽采系统存在结构复杂、布线困难、灵活性差、瓦斯监测不到位以及自动化智能化水平偏低等问题,在综合分析瓦斯抽采监测要求与检测环境的基础上进行了现场调研及详细研究,提出了一种基于无线网络传输的煤矿瓦斯抽采监控系统,将无线通信技术引入到煤矿中;设计制作了基于LoRaWAN的高稳定通信技术的分站及基站、超声波渡越时差测流传感器、高精度检测激光甲烷及无线智能在线监测的瓦斯抽采智能管控平台。实际应用结果表明,与传统的有线数据传输系统相比,该新型瓦斯抽采系统不仅实现了远距离无线传输、节省了连接线缆,而且瓦斯检测精度更高、传输速度更快;实现了瓦斯抽采全自动精准计量、抽采效果智能评判、全过程信息化管理、全系统一体化管控,提高了煤矿安全与生产管控能力与信息化水平,解决了安装传统有线分站及计量装置、利用孔板差压人工实测、数据纸质记录及分析等工作难点,有效克服了传统方式的缺陷,减轻了现场技术工人的劳动强度,为煤矿企业瓦斯抽采气体检测计量工作提供了强大的数据支持及网络化管理体系,可有效降低瓦斯事故风险,对煤矿企业智慧化矿山建设具有重要意义和积极推动作用。In recent years,computer,digital communication control,and wireless transmission technology have been developing and improving day by day,in order to effectively enhance the intelligent management of gas extraction and reduce manual labor intensity in coal mining enterprises.In view of the shortcomings of the existing gas extraction system in Bade Coal Mine,such as complex structure,difficulty in wiring,poor flexibility,inadequate gas detection and low level of automation and intelligence,site investigation and detailed research were carried out on the basis of comprehensive analysis of gas extraction monitoring requirements and detection environment,and a coal mine gas extraction monitoring system based on wireless network transmission was proposed,the wireless communication technology was introduced into coal mines.The sub-stations and base stations based on LoRaWAN highly stable communication technology,ultrasonic wave transit time flow sensor,high-precision detection of laser methane and wireless intelligent online monitoring of gas extraction intelligent control platform were designed and made.The practical application results show that compared with traditional wired data transmission systems,this new gas extraction system not only achieves long-distance wireless transmission and saves connection cables,but also has higher gas monitoring accuracy and faster transmission speed.It realizes automatic and accurate measurement of gas extraction,intelligent evaluation of extraction effect,whole-process information management,and whole-system integration control,improves the ability and informatization level of coal mine safety and production control,solves the difficulties of installing traditional wired sub-stations and metering devices,using hole plate differential pressure manual measurement,and data paper recording and analysis,effectively overcoming the defects of traditional methods,reduces the daily labor intensity of on-site technical workers,provides a strong data supporting and network management system
