摘  要:保护层开采作为矿井瓦斯治理的重要技术手段,在国内被广泛应用。针对淮北矿区祁东煤矿上保护层开采过程中下伏被保护层瓦斯向采掘空间扩散问题,探讨了底板定向拦截钻孔技术的应用效果及其关键参数优化,旨在通过技术参数的精细化调整,提升瓦斯抽采效率,确保矿井安全生产。通过分析3采区工作面的实践案例,揭示了钻孔位置、钻孔间距和抽采时间和筛管使用等关键因素对抽采效果的影响。现场试验发现,无筛管时定向拦截钻孔在抽采时间不少于120 d、间距18~21 m时抽采效果较好,而抽采效果最佳的定向拦截钻孔布置参数为有筛管、抽采时间不少于130 d和间距21~24 m。现场试验结果表明,运用优化后的定向拦截钻孔技术显著降低了8号、9号煤层的瓦斯涌出量,在祁东煤矿取得了良好的抽采效果,验证了确定底板定向拦截钻孔技术参数的合理性。Protective layer mining,as an important technical means for mine gas control,is widely used in China.The article focuses on the problem of gas diffusion from the underlying protective layer to the mining space during the mining process of the upper protective layer in the Qidong Coal Mine in the Huaibei mining area.The application effect and key parameter optimization of the floor directional interception drilling technology was explored,aiming to improve gas extraction efficiency and ensure safe production of the mine through fine adjustment of technical parameters.Through the analysis of the practical case of No.3 mining face,the influence of key factors such as drilling position,drilling spacing,drainage time and screen pipe use on drainage effect was revealed.The field test shows that directional interception drilling without screen pipes have better extraction effects when the extraction time is not less than 120 days and the spacing is 18-21 meters.The optimal layout parameters for directional interception drilling with the best extraction effect are those with screen pipes,extraction time of not less than 130 days,and spacing of 21-24 meters.The field test results showed that the optimized directional interception drilling technology significantly reduced the gas emission of the No.8 and No.9 coal seams,and achieved a excellent drainage effect in Qidong Coal Mine,and verified the rationality of determining the technical parameters of floor directional interception drilling.
