摘  要:针对湿法脱硫浆液氧化状态无法实时监测以及氧化风机裕量过大、无调整依据的现状,研究了亚硫酸盐氧化反应中溶解氧(DO)、氧化还原电位(ORP)、氧化率和pH值的变化规律,分别建立起ORP和DO与浆液氧化状态的对应关系。通过现场安装测点验证了DO和ORP作为氧化状态参数的可靠性,为DO和ORP在实际应用中的控制范围提供了参考,同时也提出了实际应用中表计选型的建议。此外,分析了DO和ORP与烟气参数变化规律之间的对应关系,提出了以DO和ORP作为反馈参数,以烟气中总硫量作为预测参数来调节氧化风流量的预测—反馈调节机制。在实际应用中,实现了脱硫氧化状态的实时监测,脱硫系统的可靠性得到有效提升。同时,也在一定程度上降低了氧化风机的能耗和水耗,氧化风机节能率达到44.53%。In response to the current situation that the oxidation status of wet flue gas desulfurization slurry cannot be monitored in real-time and the oxidation fan has too much margin and no adjustment basis,the regularity of variation in dissolved oxygen(DO),oxidation-reduction potential(ORP),oxidation rate,and pH value in the sulfite oxidation reaction was investigated,and established the corresponding relationships between ORP and DO and the oxidation status of the slurry.The reliability of DO and ORP as oxidation state parameters was verified through on-site installation of measurement points,providing reference for the control range of DO and ORP in practical applications,and also proposing suggestions for meter selection in practical applications.In addition,this study analyzed the corresponding relationship between DO and ORP and the variation of flue gas parameters,and proposed a predictive feedback regulation mechanism that uses DO and ORP as feedback parameters and total sulfur in flue gas as prediction parameters to regulate the oxidation airflow.In practical applications,real-time monitoring of desulfurization and oxidation status has been achieved,and the reliability of the desulfurization system has been effectively improved.At the same time,the energy and water consumption of the oxidation fan have been reduced to a certain extent,and the energy-saving rate of the oxidation fan has reached 44.53%.
