摘 要:通过对油田典型集油工艺进行筛选,为了达到低碳环保的目的,采用应用较为成熟的清洁能源及设备,分析了高黏高凝含水难输原油的含水率、输量、运输距离以及井口温度对不同原油集输工艺的影响,并通过合理性、经济性分析,得出不同工况下集油工艺优选原则。结果表明,当加热原油所需热负荷q_(w)<50 kW时,可优先选用常规的电磁加热器单管措施集油工艺;当加热原油所需的热负荷50 kW≤q_(w)<120 kW时,则应优先选用新兴的新能源设备太阳能光热设备来实现单管集油;当原油加热负荷q_(w)≥120 kW时,由于所需热能较高,可优先选择双管掺水集油工艺。By screening typical oil gathering processes in oil fields,in order to achieve low-carbon and environmental protection,mature clean energy and equipment were used to analyze the effects of water content,transportation volume,transportation distance,and wellhead temperature of high viscosity,high coagulation,and difficult to transport crude oil on different oil gathering processes.Through rational and economic analysis,the optimization principles of oil gathering processes under different operating conditions were obtained.The results show that when the required heating load q_(w)for heating crude oil is less than 50 kW,priority can be given to the use of electromagnetic heater single tube oil collection technology;when the required heating load for heating crude oil is 50 kW≤q_(w)<120 kW,the emerging new energy equipment such as solar thermal equipment should be prioritized to achieve single tube oil collection;when the heating load of crude oil is q_(w)≥120 kW,due to the high required thermal energy,the dual tube water mixed oil gathering process can be preferred.
