摘 要:以光伏为代表的新能源与传统电源联合送出系统暂态功角稳定和电压稳定问题交织,当前研究尚未有考虑暂态功角稳定的新能源电压穿越控制参数优化方法。针对这一问题,首先,结合典型实际电网场景,分析了功角稳定问题的产生机理及影响因素;然后,分析了新能源电压穿越控制参数对电压稳定性的影响;在此基础上,制定了考虑暂态功角稳定性的新能源电压穿越控制参数的优化原则及方法,采用改进的量子粒子群算法对低电压穿越的关键参数进行优化。基于典型实际电网数据的仿真分析结果表明,所提方法能够有效提升暂态功角稳定裕度和电压稳定性。The transient power angle stability and voltage stability of the combined transmission system of new energy represented by photovoltaics and traditional power sources are intertwined.Currently,there is no optimization method for the control parameters of new energy voltage ride-through considering transient power angle stability in research.To address this issue,firstly,the generation mechanism and influencing factors of power angle stability problems were analyzed in combination with typical actual grid scenarios.Then,the impact of new energy voltage ride-through control parameters on voltage stability was analyzed.On this basis,the optimization principles and methods for new energy voltage ride-through control parameters considering transient power angle stability were formulated.The improved quantum particle swarm algorithm was used to optimize key parameters of low voltage ride-through.The simulation analysis results based on typical actual power grid data show that the proposed method can effectively improve transient power angle stability margin and voltage stability.
