摘 要:随着“双碳”目标的提出,储能成为分布式电源配置改善配电网电能质量,解决分布式光伏并网引起的电压越限、谐波污染等问题的重要资源。提出一种基于遗传混沌粒子群优化算法(GA-CPSO)的光储容量优化配置方法。首先,以节点电压偏差、波动、谐波为配电网电能质量评估指标;其次,综合考虑经济性与电能质量,以配电网总弃光率、光储发电系统年投资运行成本为目标函数构建上层优化模型,以网络损失、电能质量为目标构建下层优化模型;然后,采用遗传混沌粒子群优化算法(GA-CPSO)对光储容量配置模型求解;最后,以IEEE33节点配电网为例进行分析。结果表明,提出的配电网光储容量优化配置策略,能有效提高配电网的电能质量,为新型配电网系统规划建设提供一定的理论基础。With the introduction of the dual carbon target,energy storage has become an important resource for distributed power supply configuration to improve the power quality of distribution network and solve the problems of voltage over-limit and harmonic pollution caused by distributed photovoltaic grid connection.Based on the genetic chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm(GA-CPSO),an optical storage capacity optimization method was proposed.Firstly,node voltage deviation,fluctuation and harmonics were used as power quality evaluation indexes;secondly,taking economy and power quality into consideration,the upper level optimization model was constructed with the total light rejection rate of distribution network and the annual investment operating cost of optical storage power generation system as the objective function;the lower level optimization model was constructed with network loss and power quality as targets;then,the genetic chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve the optical storage capacity allocation model;finally,taking the IEEE33-node distribution network as an example,the results show that the optimal allocation strategy of optical storage capacity in the distribution network can effectively improve the power quality of the distribution network and provide a certain theoretical basis for the planning and construction of the new distribution network system.
