摘  要:针对极近距离煤层群合层开采沿空留巷围岩难以控制的实际情况,结合现场调研、理论分析等手段,探讨了沿空巷道围岩变形机理,提出沿空留巷原理与技术,进行了工程实践。结果表明,非均匀变形的半煤岩体围岩,软弱破碎的复合顶板以及合层开采强烈的开采扰动是造成极近距离薄煤层合层开采沿空留巷围岩支护困难的主要原因;建立了沿空留巷理论模型;提出了“切顶卸压→应力再平衡,支护体与支撑体协同承载→结构再稳定”的控制原理;形成了“超前加强顶帮支护+切顶卸压+钢管混凝土柱+11号矿工钢+采后巷道分区域加强支护”的沿空留巷技术。工程实践表明,该技术能有效控制小河嘴煤矿-12110运输巷沿空留巷围岩的稳定。In response to the actual situation where it is difficult to control the surrounding rock of the composite seam mining gob-side entry retaining in ultra-close coal seam group,the deformation mechanism of the surrounding rock of the roadway was discussed by means of field investigation and theoretical analysis,and the principle and technology of gob-side entry retaining were put forward and the engineering practice was carried out.The results show that the semi-coal rock mass surrounding rock of non-uniform deformation,the weak and broken composite roof and the strong mining disturbance of the composite seam mining are the main reasons for the supporting difficulty of the composite seam mining gob-side entry retaining surrounding rock of the ultra-close thin coal seam;a theoretical model of gob-side entry retaining was established;the control principle of"roof cutting and pressure relief→stress rebalancing,cooperating load of supporting body and support body→structural re-stability"was proposed;the gob-side entry retaining technology of"advance strengthening roof supporting+roof cutting and pressure relief+concrete-filled steel tube column+No.11 miner steel+regional strengthening supporting of post-mining roadway"was formed.The engineering practice show that the technology can effectively control the stability of the gob-side entry retaining surrounding rock in the-12110 transportation roadway of Xiaohezui Coal Mine.
