摘 要:为有效评价采动覆岩离层注浆地表减沉效果,采用理论分析结合数值模拟方法,针对五阳煤矿某工作面构建了三维精细化工程地质模型。基于离层注浆减沉力学理论,提出了采动覆岩离层注浆分离节点的数值模拟方法,实现离层动态发育过程模拟。选取地表沉降、水平变形、倾斜值及曲率4个因素,对比分析注浆前后地表沉陷规律。结合数值模拟与现场实测数据对比验证,评价地表减沉效果。结果表明,工作面上覆岩层中自上而下存在4个关键层,注浆后地表最大沉降量、下沉系数及减沉率分别为0.78 m、0.14、79.9%。实测地表最大沉降量为0.70 m,下沉系数为0.13,减沉率为82.0%。结果证实了该模拟方案与评价方法的可行性,为相似背景下离层注浆开采沉陷问题提供了理论依据。In order to effectively evaluate the surface subsidence reduction effect of mining overburden bed separation grouting,a three-dimensional refined engineering geological model was constructed for a working face in Wuyang Coal Mine by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.Based on the theory of bed separation grouting and subsidence reduction mechanics,a numerical simulation method of bed separation grouting separation node of mining overburden strata was proposed to realize the simulation of dynamic development process of bed separation.Four factors of surface subsidence,horizontal deformation,tilt value and curvature were selected to compare and analyze the surface subsidence law.Combined with the comparison and verification of numerical simulation and field measured data,the effect of surface subsidence reduction was evaluated.The results show that there are four key strata in the overlying strata of the working face from top to bottom.The maximum settlement,subsidence coefficient and subsidence reduction rate of the surface after grouting are 0.78 m,0.14 and 79.9%respectively.The measured maximum surface subsidence is 0.70 m,the subsidence coefficient is 0.13,and the subsidence reduction rate is 82.0%.The results confirm the feasibility of the simulation scheme and evaluation method,and provide a theoretical basis for the subsidence problem of bed separated grouting mining under similar background.
