摘 要:针对郑州矿区三软煤层条件下瓦斯难抽、增透效率低的问题,开展了钻割一体化促抽技术应用研究。结果表明,钻割一体化技术减轻了作业强度,节约工时41~108 min;随着供水压力的增加,钻孔卸煤工艺效率呈先增加后下降的趋势,二_(1)煤合理水压为9~10 MPa;松软煤层卸煤需要综合考虑水射流流量和射流压力,采用了三喷嘴结构,可提高割缝效率;水力割缝卸煤对瓦斯抽采效果影响显著,卸煤量1 t/m的钻孔瓦斯流量相较于未割煤钻孔增加了4倍以上,卸煤量2 t/m钻孔瓦斯流量增加了6倍。Aiming at the problem of difficult gas extraction and low efficiency in"three soft"coal seams in Zhengzhou mining area,the application research of on drilling-slotting integration technology technology to promote gas extraction was carried out.The results showed that the drilling-slotting integration technology could reduce the work intensity and improve the construction efficiency,saving 41-108 min of working time.With the increase of water supply pressure,the process efficiency of drilling coal unloading increased first and then decreased.The reasonable water pressure ofⅡ_(1)Coal was 9-10 MPa;water jet flow and jet pressure needed to be considered comprehensively when unloading coal in soft coal seam,and a three-nozzle structure was adopted to improve the slotting efficiency.The effect of hydraulic slotting coal unloading on gas extraction is significant.The gas flow rate of the drilling with coal unloading volume of 1 t/m increased by more than 4 times compared to the non-slotting drilling,and the gas flow rate of the drilling with coal unloading volume of 2 t/m increased by 6 times.
