摘　　要：目的探讨智能预警系统在住院患者跌倒预防管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院智能预警系统应用前后的住院患者为研究对象,以2019年10月至2020年9月智能预警系统应用前的住院患者为对照组,2021年4月至2022年3月智能预警系统应用后的住院患者为观察组,比较两组患者跌倒发生率和伤害程度、患者对护理工作的满意率以及护士对跌倒管理模式的满意率。结果两组患者跌倒发生率及伤害程度比较,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者对护理工作的满意率以及护士对跌倒管理模式的满意率,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论跌倒智能预警系统的应用,能协助护士动态实施个性化健康宣教,调动患者及家属主动参与预防,有效减少跌倒发生率及伤害程度,提高护士工作效率和满意率,保障患者安全。Objective To investigate the application effect of intelligent early warning system in the prevention and management of falls in hospitalized patients.Methods Inpatients before and after the application of intelligent early warning system in our hospital were selected as research objects,and inpatients before the application of intelligent early warning system from October 2019 to September 2020 were taken as control group(CG),and inpatients after the application of the intelligent early warning system from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected as observation group(OG).Results Comparison of the incidence of falls and the degree of injury between the two groups of paitients,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the application of the intelligent early warning system,the satisfaction rate of patients with nursing work increased compared with the previous one(P<0.05).Nursessatisfaction rate with fall management mode was compared(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the fall intelligent early warning system could help nurses dynamically implement personalized health education,mobilize patients and their families to actively participate in prevention,effectively reduce the incidence and injury of falls,improve the work efficiency and satisfaction rate of nurses,and ensure the safety of patients.
