基于国家三级医院评审标准的四川省版评审细则应用现状的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解新的评审标准模式下四川省医院评审的现状与问题。方法对四川省2021~2023年参加过医院评审的80家三级综合医院进行问卷调查和对成都、川东、川西、川南、川北5个片区15家医院开展线上线下相结合的调研座谈。结果①三段式评审模式的合理性获得了广泛认同,能够有效促进医院高质量发展。②监测数据的质量与医院信息化建设及指标理解密不可分。③评审员“同质化”水平有待进一步提高。结论可通过提高评审信息化管理,开展监测指标解读培训、增加医院管理指导、增加评审信息沟通渠道等来促进评审工作有效开展。通过加强现有评审专家库的规范管理、加强评审员交流与合作、建立评审员跨省域共享机制、完善评审路径等方式提高评审员“同质化”水平。Objective To understand current situation and issues of hospital accreditation in Sichuan Province under the new accreditation standards model.Methods From 2021 to 2023,questionnaire survey among 80 tertiary general hospitals that participated in hospital accreditation were conducted in Sichuan Province,and a combined online and offline research discussion were carried out with 15 hospitals in five regions including Chengdu,Eastern Sichuan,Western Sichuan,Southern Sichuan,and Northern Sichuan.Results The rationality of three-stage accreditation model had been widely recognized and could effectively promote high-quality development of hospitals.The quality of monitoring data was closely related to hospital information construction and understanding of indicators.Homogenization of accreditation evaluators needed to be further improved.Conclusion By enhancing information management of review process,conducting training on monitoring indicator interpretation,increasing guidance on hospital management,and expanding channels for communication of review information,effectiveness of review work could be promoted.To improve homogenization of reviewers,it would be necessary to strengthen standardized management of the existing expert pool,enhance communication and cooperation among reviewers,establish a cross-provincial sharing mechanism for reviewers,and improve the review pathways.
