摘  要:目的探讨白细胞介素16(interleukin 16,IL-16)作为评估慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)严重程度的特异性生物标志物的应用价值。方法非随机选取2022年1—12月山西白求恩医院综合医疗科确诊的COPD稳定期患者20例、体检中心同期无症状吸烟者(asymptomatic smoker,AS)5名和健康非吸烟者(non-smoker,NS)5名为研究对象,上述受试者分别为COPD组、AS组和NS组。将COPD组患者按严重程度分为A组、B组、C组、D组,每组5例。比较各组间外周血IL-16 mRNA水平和新鲜冷冻血浆中IL-16蛋白水平。结果NS组、AS组和COPD组IL-16 mRNA水平、IL-16蛋白水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。A组、B组、C组、D组的IL-16 mRNA水平分别为0.53±0.08、0.73±0.08、1.21±0.14、1.75±0.14,4组比较,差异有统计学意义(F=115.923,P<0.05)。A组、B组、C组、D组的IL-16蛋白水平分别为159.48±10.96、253.36±22.21、426.98±32.59、467.88±18.00,4组比较,差异有统计学意义(F=211.176,P<0.05)。结论COPD组中IL-16 mRNA和IL-16蛋白表达均较高,且不同COPD严重程度的患者IL-16 mRNA和IL-16蛋白表达不同,提示IL-16可评估COPD的严重程度。Objective To investigate the value of interleukin 16(IL-16)as a specific biomarker for assessing the severity of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Twenty patients with stable COPD diagnosed in the comprehensive medical department of Shanxi Baiqiuen Hospital from January to December 2022,five asymptomatic smokers(AS)and five healthy non-smokers(NS)during the same period of time in the physical examination centre were non-randomly selected as the study subjects,and the above subjects were COPD group,AS group and NS group.The patients in the COPD group were divided into groups A,B,C and D according to the severity,with five cases in each group.Peripheral blood IL-16 mRNA levels and IL-16 protein levels in fresh frozen plasma were compared between groups.Results There were statistically significant differences in IL-16 mRNA levels and IL-16 protein levels in the NS,AS and COPD groups(all P<0.05).The IL-16 mRNA levels in groups A,B,C,and D were 0.53±0.08,0.73±0.08,1.21±0.14,and 1.75±0.14,and the differences were statistically significant when comparing the four groups(F=115.923,P<0.05).The IL-16 protein levels in groups A,B,C,and D were 159.48±10.96,253.36±22.21,426.98±32.59,and 467.88±18.00,and the differences were statistically significant when comparing the four groups(F=211.176,P<0.05).Conclusion Both IL-16 mRNA and IL-16 protein expression are higher in the COPD group,and IL-16 mRNA and IL-16 protein expression are different in patients with different COPD severity,suggesting that IL-16 can assess the severity of COPD.
