呼吸训练联合康复训练对矽肺患者肺功能及生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析呼吸训练联合康复训练对矽肺患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法非随机选取2020年2月—2022年1月苏州市第五人民医院收治的80例矽肺患者为研究对象,按干预方法分为两组,每组40例。对照组采取常规训练干预,观察组采取呼吸训练联合康复训练干预。比较两组肺功能、生活质量。结果观察组用力肺活量为(2.48±0.43)L,第1秒用力呼气量为(1.49±0.23)L,峰值呼气流速为(3.49±0.53)L/min,均优于对照组的(2.09±0.41)L、(1.32±0.17)L、(2.73±0.46)L/min,差异有统计学意义(t=4.151、3.759、6.849,P均<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论为矽肺患者进行呼吸训练联合康复训练干预,能够有效改善患者肺功能,提高生活质量。Objective To analyse the effects of respiratory training combined with rehabilitation on pulmonary function and quality of life in silicosis patients.Methods Eighty cases of silicosis patients admitted to The Fifth People's Hospital of Suzhou from February 2020 to January 2022 were non-randomly selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the intervention method,with forty cases in each group.The control group took conventional training intervention,and the observation group took respiratory training combined with rehabilitation training intervention.Compare the lung function and quality of life of the two groups.Results The forced vital capacity of the observation group was(2.48±0.43)L,the forced expiratory volume in one second was(1.49±0.23)L,and the peak expiratory flow was(3.49±0.53)L/min,which were better than(2.09±0.41)L,(1.32±0.17)L,and(2.73±0.46)L/min of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.151,3.759,6.849,all P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory training combined with rehabilitation training interventions for silicosis patients can effectively improve patients'lung function and quality of life.
