胸腺肽与含环丝氨酸方案联合治疗耐多药肺结核的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨胸腺肽联合含环丝氨酸(cycloserine,Cs)治疗耐多药肺结核的效果。方法非随机选取2021年3月—2022年2月菏泽市传染病医院收治的88例耐多药肺结核患者,按治疗方法差异两组。对照组(n=44)接受标准化的耐多药肺结核治疗方案,研究组(n=44)在对照组基础上采用胸腺肽联合含Cs方案。针对两组临床疗效、免疫功能与不良反应进行评价。结果与对照组的79.55%(35/44)相比,研究组总有效率95.45%(42/44)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.091,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组免疫功能更优,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胸腺肽与含Cs方案联合治疗耐多药肺结核效果确切,可以提高患者的免疫功能,安全性佳。Objective To explore the efficacy of thymic peptide combined with cycloserine(Cs)containing regimen in the treatment of multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods From March 2021 to February 2022,eightyeight patients with multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis in Heze Infectious Disease Hospital were nonrandomly selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment.Forty-four cases in the control group received standardized treatment for multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis,and on this basis,forty-four cases in the the study group was treated with a combination of thymic peptide and Cs containing regimen.Evaluate the efficacy,immune function,and adverse reactions of two groups.Results Compared with the control group 79.55%(35/44),the total effective rate of the study group 95.45%(42/44)was higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.091,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had better immune function,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of thymic peptide and Cs containing regimen has a definite effect on the treatment of multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis,can improve the patient's immune function,and is safe.
